2. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order under the following conditions:

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@edushelf.store.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the return process will apply.

To cancel an order, email us at info@edushelf.store with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours.

3. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery

Condition: Books must be in original, unused condition with no damage, markings, or stains

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Email info@edushelf.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the issue (if applicable)
  2. Approval: We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship Back: Pack the book securely and ship it back to the address provided. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned book, we will inspect it within 3 business days
  5. Refund/Replacement: Once approved, your refund will be initiated or a replacement will be dispatched

Order Cancelled Before Dispatch: Full refund within 5-7 business days

Return Approved (COD orders): Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days after inspection

Return Approved (Online payment): Refund to original payment method within 7-10 business days

Damaged in Transit: Full refund or free replacement within 5-7 business days after report

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) when requesting the refund.

If you receive a damaged book or your order is missing items, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@edushelf.store with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference.

If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either reship the order or provide a full refund if delivery cannot be confirmed.
